Transport TEB, a fellow fresh product hauler from Quebec, has been purchased by Transport Dynapro.
According to a news release from Dynapro, "a complete and diversified service offer for customers made up of food chains, market gardeners, and processors will now be ensured by the complementarity of the truck fleets of the two companies."
Transport Dynapro, which was established 20 years ago, provides its services to a number of food distributors, wholesalers, and stores in Eastern Ontario and Quebec. The business specializes in shipping big quantities of goods using 53-foot trailers among other things.
Having been established in 1996, Transport TEB primarily runs straight trucks equipped to handle lesser clients in urban areas.
Denis Pageau, president of Transport Dynapro, said, "We are very excited to welcome the Transport TEB staff to Transport Dynapro. "The two businesses share a common commitment to excellence and paying close attention to the requirements of the customer. They have long been experts in the transportation of fruits, vegetables, and dry goods. Our business will become even more successful as a result of this merger due to the combined skills of our employees.
Éric Brousseau, president of Transport TEB, further stated that "new growth opportunities are available to our employees at Transport Dynapro." "We still stand by our commitment to transport goods as quickly and effectively as feasible. We are confident that working with Transport Dynapro, a collaborator with whom we have a longstanding relationship, will further improve our high-caliber services.
